Ramadan Abas – Managing Director

A registered Building Contractor, Ramadan commenced his time at Presidential Group back in 2003. Taking over from his father, began shifting the business’ focus toward building and restoration projects.

With qualifications in Building & Construction, Project Management, Accounting, Business, Workplace Health and Safety, Ramadan has built an excellent reputation in the construction industry. Today, the Presidential Group manages projects across the residential, commercial and insurance industries.

Ramadan’s commitment to giving every client the best possible outcome has been pivotal to growing what is now a stellar reputation.

Sibel Abas – Assistant Director

Like her husband, Sibel also began working at Presidential Group during the early days. As Ramadan began taking on more responsibility for the company’s building clients, Sibel began managing the Facility Services Division, assuming complete responsibility for its management.

A member of the Cleaning Council of WA and with qualifications in cleaning, restoration and structural drying. Sibel is an expert at restoration and cleaning projects. A personalised approach and high-standards are among the main reasons she’s been able to build many long-term relationships with her clients.

Tom O’Gorman – Construction Manager

Tom began his building career in Ireland as a Carpenter and has since completed a range of residential and commercial construction projects across Western Australia, Europe and New Zealand.

A registered builder, Tom joined Presidential Group in January 2018, overseeing project management, estimating, staff management and client liaison in addition to maintaining the quality of work clients have come to expect. He also holds a degree in Construction Management and a Graduate Diploma in Business.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his family, cycling and long-distance running.

Shannon Zacharko – Painting Team Leader

A fully qualified painter with over 10 years experience, Shannon began his career painting industrial facilities and equipment. After a few years moving to support local residential and commercial customers. With experience across a range of properties, Shannon has extensive knowledge of various paint types and finishes.

Walid Albattal – Electrical Team Leader

With well over a decade in the electrical industry, Walid brings with him extensive experience working on all manner of property types in addition to being an accredited master electrician.

With experience working commercial and industrial industries, as well as residential mean that Walid can be relied upon to recommend electrical solutions and products to suit your budget and your scope.

Chris Teuma – Carpenter/Joiner

With over 25 years in the building and construction industry, Chris is a seasoned professional. He supports all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects across Western Australia. Working directly with customers, Chris manages trades, carpentry works and general building management.

His incredible attention to detail delivers outstanding results for customers. When asked what he loves about his job, he replied: “The team we have is absolutely incredible, the variety of projects and work keep things interesting and rewarding”.

Outside of work Chris spends his time gardening and creating beautiful landscapes around his home. He also enjoys spending time with his big family of three dogs and heading out for 4WDing.

Mewin Moonesamy – Facilities Team Leader

As Team Leader of Facility Services, Mewin supports team management, training, health and safety as well as quality supervision. He brings with him a wealth of experience in hospitality management and commercial cleaning across all types of facilities imaginable.

With his extraordinary commitment to quality and delivering the best outcomes to clients’, Mewin is a perfect example of the Presidential values.

Nicole Tresidder – Admin/Project Coordinator

Nicole joins us at Presidential for the second time in her career, bringing with her over 7 years experience in construction admin and project management. Providing customers with outstanding communication and regularly supporting the design process. Her passion for building and renovation projects evident with her knowledge and commitment to the best outcome.

Nicole routinely supports our customers with a stress-free building and restoration process.

AJ Mintey – Makesafe Technician

Usually one of the first repsonders to building damage and emergency situations. AJ supports a wide variety of Makesafe services that ensure customers and their properties a safe and reduced risk environment in emergency situations. His willingness to go above and beyond for customers is critical during what can be very stressful times.

With qualifications in Asbestos, Restoration, Cleaning and Structural drying, AJ’s expertise supports a wide range activities.

Pat Bhuva – Accounts/Office Manager

Pat joined Presidential Group in 2016 as Accounts/Office Manager.  Pat manages our accounts department and is responsible for processing invoices, payment of accounts, financial reporting and administrative management of our head office in Wangara. In her spare time Pat enjoys gardening and reading is one hellova cook.
