Our History
Presidential Building Services is a wholly-owned division of Presidential Group, a proudly Western Australian owned company specialising in professional building, emergency, restoration, insurance repair, maintenance, and facility services. With origins dating back to 1999, Presidential Group was started in 1999 by husband and wife Ramadan and Sibel Abas.
Presidential Group initially operated as a commercial cleaning company, started by Ramadan’s parents, who at the time had amassed over 15 years’ experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
As a teenager, Ramadan would assist his parents on various cleaning jobs then later, whilst studying Accounting, he became increasingly more involved with the expansion and management of the business.
Since our inception, Presidential Group have enjoyed exponential growth, largely due to the reputation we’ve built for always putting our clients first in addition to positive referrals shared by our many long-term clients.
Having outgrown several different premises over the last twenty years, Presidential Group now comprises six divisions, each headed up by its own Operations Manager, dozens of staff and a busy head office located in Wangara.

We work with a highly qualified team of trade professionals and expertly manage everything from insurance repairs and commercial maintenance through to single room refurbishments, whole home renovations, extensions and new home constructions. We work closely with each client to clearly identify their needs and budget in order to assemble the best, most suitably qualified team of experts for their specific project.
Our People
We employ a trusted network of Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Tilers and Painters. All our trade professionals are fully licensed, insured and thoroughly background checked. Most of whom have worked with us for a number of years and absolutely share our commitment for excellence. We work only with like-minded professionals who share our dedication and attention to detail and who can actively contribute to our culture of excellence.

Our Division Leader
Tom O’Gorman
Presidential Building Services is headed up by Operations Manager Tom O’Gorman. A fully licensed builder, Tom brings with him nearly twenty years’ experience in the building industry and oversees our project management, estimating and client liaison. As part of his role, Tom acts as our Building Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the quality of work we undertake on site is of the highest standard. He also provides a consistent point of contact and accountability for our clients.
