Learn about Presidential from the beginning
From humble beginnings in 1999, our business has expanded in response to the growing needs of our customers. Originally called Presidential Contract Services, the business was first set up by Ramadan’s parents. With over 15 years of experience, providing residential and commercial cleaning services to Perth’s home and business owners. Presidential Contract Services began taking on a variety of repair and building maintenance work. In 2006, Presidential Building Services began undertaking building projects for new clients including home and business owners as well as strata managers and insurance providers. Firstly, our building division was established in 2016 and soon followed by Emergency services in 2017. Lastly, our Restoration division completed the Presidential Group in 2018. We are proud of our history and how far the Presidential Group has come since the beginning.
